It is our intention to bring together our community to share the burden of those who lost their loved ones and give them emotional and financial help during their difficult time. This Association was established in the Greater Philadelphia area to help individuals and families during death, emergencies or family financial crisis. Our mission is to bring the Ethiopian community around Philadelphia area together to support and comfort those who have lost a loved one by enrolling and contributing financial assistant to cover funeral cost during this difficult time. Medical Cost Assistance
Helping our community members or individuals who are permanently ill, disabled or under hospice care with living and medical costs during and/or after unexpected medical emergncies and hospital stays. View more
Services
Scholarship GRANTS for Immigrants
In addition to funeral and medical cost support, Hibret Association also contribute in a large scale around The Greater Philadelphia area by helping youths and immigrant families, who are pursuing higher education, by providing financial and other important services. View more

Hibret Association also involved in strengthing communities, creating unity between our people, supporting the community by various activities alone or in collaboration with other non-profit organizations and their non-profit projects. View more
